As part of the activities of the National Assembly of Zambia in commemoration of this year’s 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Based Violence, the first Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Zambia, Honorable MalungoChisangano, MP, on 3rd December 2024, led a delegation of staff of the National Assembly of Zambia in donating food and assorted items valued at over One Hundred Thousand Kwacha to Home of Happiness for Children with Disabilities in Foxdale, Chamba Valley Lusaka.

ZAMBIA, BURUNDI FORGE TIES THROUGH PARLIAMENTARY DIPLOMACY

Speaker of the National Assembly of Zambia, Honourable Nelly B.K Mutti, SC, MP, FAPRA says Zambia and Burundi’s strengthened ties are a testament to the power of parliamentary diplomacy in fostering regional cooperation.

She said this when Burundi’s Ambassador to Zambia, Evelyne Butoyi paid a courtesy call on her on Monday, 2nd December, 2024 at Parliament Buildings.

The Anti-Terrorism and Non-Proliferation (Amendment) Bill , 2024

An Act to amend the Anti-Terrorism and Non-Proliferation
Act, 2018.
ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia.
1. This Act may be cited as the Anti-Terrorism and Non-
Proliferation (Amendment) Act, 2024, and shall be read as one
with the Anti-Terrorism and Non-Proliferation Act, 2018, in this
Act referred to as the principal Act.
