An Act to provide for the registration of quantity surveying
professionals, quantity surveying organisations and
quantity surveying units and regulate their practice and
professional conduct; continue the existence of the
quantity Surveyors Registration Board and re-name it as
the Zambia Institute of Quantity Surveyors and re-define
its functions; repeal and replace the Quantity Surveyors
Act, 1995; and provide for matters connected with, or
incidental to, the foregoing.

An Act to continue the existence of the Health Professions Council of Zambia and re-define its functions; reconstitute the Board of the Health Professions Council of Zambia and re-define its functions; regulate health professionals, health facilities and health care services and internship sites; provide for the administration of licensure examinations; approve curriculum for health learning programmes for purposes of accreditation by the Higher Education Authority; provide for the approval of internship sites for health practitioners; repeal and replace the Health Professions Act, 2009; an

An Act to provide for climate change adaptation and disaster
risk reduction; provide for climate change mitigation, low
emission development, green economy and related
actions; regulate carbon markets; provide for
environmental and social safeguards in climate change
actions; establish the Climate Change Fund; domesticate
the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate
Change and the Paris Agreement; and provide for matters
connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.

An Act to authorise expenditure from the Consolidated Fund
of monies required for the services of the Republic during
the financial year ending on 31st December, 2025, not
exceeding in the aggregate two hundred and seventeen
billion, one hundred five million, three hundred seventyeight
thousand, six hundred and sixty-one kwacha.
