The object of this Bill is to authorise expenditure from the

Consolidated Fund of monies required for the services of the

Republic during the financial year ending on 31st December, 2019,

not exceeding in the aggregate eighty-six billion, eight hundred and

seven million, eight hundred and ninety-four thousand, seven hundred

and twenty-seven kwacha.

The object of this Bill is to authorise supplementary expenditure

fromthe Consolidated Fund ofmonies required for the services of

the Republic during the financial year ending on 31st December,

2018, in excess of the monies appropriated for the services of the

Republic by theAppropriationAct, 2017.
