An Act to continue the existence of the Independent Broadcasting Authority and re-define its functions; reconstitute the Board of the Independent Broadcasting Authority and re-define its functions; to regulate the broadcasting industry in the Republic; provide for pluralism and diversity in the broadcasting industry; to repeal and replace the Independent Broadcasting Authority Act, Cap. 171 and to provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing. 

An Act to amend the Zambia Revenue Authority Act.

An Act to authorize expenditure from the Consolidated Fund of monies required for the services of the Republic during the financial year ending on 31st  December, 2026, not exceeding in the aggregate two hundred and fifty-three billion, and eighty-nine million, four hundred and fifty-four thousand, three hundred and twenty kwacha. 

An Act to amend the Registration of Business Names Act.

An Act to amend the Property Transfer Tax Act.
This Act may be cited as the Property Transfer Tax (Amendment) Act, 2025, and shall be read as one with the Property Transfer Tax Act, in this Act referred to as the principal Act.

An Act to amend the Value Added Tax Act. 

An Act to amend the Customs and Excise Act. 

This Act may be cited as the Income Tax (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 2025, and shall be read as one with the Income Tax Act, in this Act referred to as the principal Act.

An Act to amend the Small Claims Court Act. 

An Act to amend the Constitution of Zambia
