The Zambia Revenue Authority (Amendment) Bill , 2025

The object of this Bill is to amend the Zambia Revenue Authority Act so as to
 (a) revise the function of the governing Board of the Authority; 
(b) provide for the exchange of information; and

(c) provide for matters connected with or incidental to, the forgoing.

 

The Cotton Bill, 2025

The objects of this Bill are to— (a) continue the existence of the Cotton Board of Zambia and re-define its functions; (b) re-constitute the Board of the Cotton Board of Zambia and provide for its functions; (c) provide for the stages of grading and classification of seed cotton; (d) establish a Price Consultative Forum; (e) provide for the establishment of seed production zones; (f) repeal and replace the Cotton Act, 2005; and (g) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing. 

 

The Superior Courts(Number of Judges)Act,2025

An Act to prescribe the number of judges for the Supreme Court, Constitutional Court, Court of Appeal and High Court; repeal and replace the Superior Courts (Number of Judges) Act, 2016; and provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.
