This Act may be cited as the Income Tax (Amendment)
Act, 2024, and shall be read as one with the Income Tax Act, in
this Act referred to as the principal Act.

An Act to provide for the administration of the Act; provide
for maintenance of records of mobile money operations;
provide for inspection of mobile money operations; repeal
and replace the Mobile Money Transaction Levy Act, 2023,
and provide for matters connected with, or incidental to,
the foregoing.

This Act may be cited as the Customs and Excise
(Amendment) Act, 2024, and shall be read as one with the
Customs and Excise Act, in this Act referred to as the principal
Act.

An Act to provide for the registration of quantity surveying
professionals, quantity surveying organisations and
quantity surveying units and regulate their practice and
professional conduct; continue the existence of the
quantity Surveyors Registration Board and re-name it as
the Zambia Institute of Quantity Surveyors and re-define
its functions; repeal and replace the Quantity Surveyors
Act, 1995; and provide for matters connected with, or
incidental to, the foregoing.

This Act may be cited as the Anti-Terrorism and Non-
Proliferation (Amendment) Act, 2024, and shall be read as one
with the Anti-Terrorism and Non-Proliferation Act, 2018, in this
Act referred to as the principal Act.

An Act to continue the existence of the Health Professions Council of Zambia and re-define its functions; reconstitute the Board of the Health Professions Council of Zambia and re-define its functions; regulate health professionals, health facilities and health care services and internship sites; provide for the administration of licensure examinations; approve curriculum for health learning programmes for purposes of accreditation by the Higher Education Authority; provide for the approval of internship sites for health practitioners; repeal and replace the Health Professions Act, 2009; an

This Act may be cited as the Value Added Tax
(Amendment) Act, 2024, and shall be read as one with the Value
Added Tax Act, in this Act referred to as the principal Act.
