The objects of this Bill is to amend the Health Professions Act,
2024, so as to —
(a) revise the composition of the Board of the Health
Professions Council of Zambia; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
forgoing.

The object of this Bill is to amend the Tobacco Act, 2022, so as to—
(a) revise the composition of the Board of the Tobacco Board of
Zambia; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The object of this Bill is to amend the Anti-Gender-Based Violence
Act so as to —
(a) revise the composition of the Anti-Gender-Based Violence
Committee; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The object of this Bill is to amend the Business Regulatory Act, so
as to —
(a) revise the composition of the Board of the Business
Regulatory Review Agency; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

 The object of this Bill is to amend the National Arts Council of
Zambia Act, so as to—
(a) revise the composition of the National Arts Council of
Zambia; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The object of this Bill is to amend the National Council for
Construction Act, 2020, so as to—
(a) revise the composition of the Board of the National
Council for Construction; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The object of this Bill is to amend the Nurses and Midwives Act,
so as to—
(a) revise the composition of the Board of the Nursing and
Midwifery Council of Zambia; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The object of this Bill is to amend the National Youth Development
Council Act so as to —
(a) revise the composition of the National Youth Development
Council; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The object of this Bill is to amend the National Health Insurance
Act, so as to—
(a) revise the composition of the Board of the National Health
Insurance Management Authority; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The object of this Bill is to amend the Metrology Act, so as to —
(a) revise the composition of the Board of the Zambia
Metrology Agency; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.
