The object of this Bill is to amend the Biosafety Act, so as to —
(a) revise the composition of the National Biosafety Authority;
and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The object of this Bill is to amend the Agricultural Lands Act so
as to —
(a) revise the composition of the Agricultural Lands Board;
and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The object of this Bill is to amend the Food and Nutrition Act,
2020, so as to—
(a) Revise the composition of the Board of the National Food
and Nutrition Commission; and
(b) Provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

he object of this Bill is to amend the National Health Research
and Training Institute Act, 2024, so as to—
(a) revise the composition of the Board of the National Health
Research and Trainig Institute; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
forgoing.

The objects of this Bill is to amend the Green Economy and
Climate Change Act, 2024 so as to —
(a) revise the composition of the Green Economy and Climate
Change Technical Committee; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
forgoing.

 

The object of this Bill is to amend the National Museums Act, so
as to—
(a) revise the composition of the National Museums Board;
and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The object of this Bill is to amend the Prohibition of the Development,
Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons Act, so
as to—
(a) revise the composition of the Zambia National Authority
on the Chemical Weapons Convention; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The object of this Bill is to amend the Mental Health Act, so as to —
(a) revise the composition of the Board of the National Mental
Health Council; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The objects of this Bill are to —
(a) provide for the retirement benefits of former Presidents
and former Vice Presidents of the Republic;
(b) repeal and replace the Benefits of Former Presidents Act,
1993; and
(c) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.
