The object of this Bill is to amend the Prohibition of the Development,
Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons Act, so
as to—
(a) revise the composition of the Zambia National Authority
on the Chemical Weapons Convention; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.
