An Act to continue the existence of the Independent Broadcasting Authority and re-define its functions; reconstitute the Board of the Independent Broadcasting Authority and re-define its functions; to regulate the broadcasting industry in the Republic; provide for pluralism and diversity in the broadcasting industry; to repeal and replace the Independent Broadcasting Authority Act, Cap. 171 and to provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.
