SPEAKER MUTTI CALLS FOR SUSTAINABLE FARMING THROUGH SOLAR-POWERED IRRIGATION

The Speaker of the National Assembly of Zambia, the Right. Honourable. Ms. Nelly B.K. Mutti, SC, MP, FAPRA, has called on Members of Parliament to advocate for the use of solar powered water infrastructure for irrigation to boost crop production during periods of drought in their constituencies. She made this call during her visit to Shamanjanji Village, Mphande Hills, in Kafue District on Wednesday, 19th March 2025.

THE ZAMBIA ASSOCIATION OF WOMEN JUDGES (ZAWJ) AWARDS SPEAKER MUTTI

Speaker of the National Assembly of Zambia, the Right Honourable Nelly B. K Mutti, SC, MP, FAPRA has been awarded the Excellence Award by the Zambia Association of Women Judges (ZAWJ) in recognition of her achievements and the impact she has made as the first female Speaker.

SPEAKER NELLY MUTTI AND EGYPTIAN AMBASSADOR TO ZAMBIA DISCUSS FUTURE COOPERATION

Speaker of the National Assembly of Zambia, The Right Honourable Nelly B. K Mutti, SC, MP, FAPRA, has welcomed the call by the Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries.

Speaking during a courtesy meeting, on Monday 17th March 2025, at Parliament Buildings, Speaker Mutti stated that the relationship between Zambia and Egypt has been strong since 1964, built on shared values and friendship.
