The objects of this Bill are to—

(a) provide for the membership, functions, operations and

financial management of the Human Rights

Commission;

(b) repeal and replace the Human Rights Commission Act,

1996; and

(c) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the

foregoing

The National Prosecution Authority (Amendment) Bill, 2023
