The National Prosecution Authority (Amendment) Bill, 2023

The object of this Bill is to amend the National Prosecution

Authority Act, 2010, so as to—

(a) revise the composition of the Board and provide for its

functions;

(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the

foregoing
