The Green Economy and Climate Change (Amendment) Bill , 2026

The objects of this Bill is to amend the Green Economy and
Climate Change Act, 2024 so as to —
(a) revise the composition of the Green Economy and Climate
Change Technical Committee; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
forgoing.

 

The National Museums (Amendment) Bill, 2026

The object of this Bill is to amend the National Museums Act, so
as to—
(a) revise the composition of the National Museums Board;
and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The Prohibition of the Development,Production,Stockpiling and use of Chemical Weapons (Amendment) Bill,2026

The object of this Bill is to amend the Prohibition of the Development,
Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons Act, so
as to—
(a) revise the composition of the Zambia National Authority
on the Chemical Weapons Convention; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The Mental Health (Amendment) Bill , 2026

The object of this Bill is to amend the Mental Health Act, so as to —
(a) revise the composition of the Board of the National Mental
Health Council; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The Benefits of the Former Presidents and Former Vice Presidents Bill,2026

The objects of this Bill are to —
(a) provide for the retirement benefits of former Presidents
and former Vice Presidents of the Republic;
(b) repeal and replace the Benefits of Former Presidents Act,
1993; and
(c) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The Health Professions (Amendment) Bill,2026

The objects of this Bill is to amend the Health Professions Act,
2024, so as to —
(a) revise the composition of the Board of the Health
Professions Council of Zambia; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
forgoing.

The Tobacco (Amendment) Bill, 2026

The object of this Bill is to amend the Tobacco Act, 2022, so as to—
(a) revise the composition of the Board of the Tobacco Board of
Zambia; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The Anti-Gender-Based Violence (Amendment) Bill,2026

The object of this Bill is to amend the Anti-Gender-Based Violence
Act so as to —
(a) revise the composition of the Anti-Gender-Based Violence
Committee; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The Business Regulatory (Amendment) Bill, 2026

The object of this Bill is to amend the Business Regulatory Act, so
as to —
(a) revise the composition of the Board of the Business
Regulatory Review Agency; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.
