An Act to continue the existence of the Teaching Council of
Zambia and re-define its functions; re-constitute the Board
of the Teaching Council of Zambia and re-define its
functions; regulate teachers, their practice and
professional conduct; provide for the administration of
licensure examinations; repeal and replace the Teaching
Professions Act, 2013; and provide for matters connected
with, or incidental to, the foregoing.
