The objects of this Bill are to—

(a) enhance the management and promotion of electronic Government services and processes;

(b) establish the Electronic Government Division in the Office of the President and provide for its powers and functions;

(c) facilitate access to electronic Government services to improve service delivery, administrative functions and productivity in order to enhance citizens access to Government services and information; and

(d) provide for matters connected with, or incidental, to theforegoing.

The objects of this Bill is to amend the Lands and Deeds Registry Act so as to provide for—

(a) the electronic and didgital signatures in land registration; (b) the issuance and maintenance of a Provisional Certificate

or Certificate of Title in electronic form; and
(c) matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing
