The Appropriation (2021) Act, 2021

An Act to authorise expenditure from the Consolidated Fund

of monies required for the services of the Republic during

the financial year ending 31st December 2022, not

exceeding in the aggregate one hundred and seventy-two

billion, nine hundred and eighty-sevenmillion, seventy- seven

thousand, five hundred and thirty-five kwacha.

The Supplementary Appropriation (2021) Bill, 2021

The object of this Bill is to authorise supplementary expenditure from the

Consolidated Fund of monies required for the services of the Republic during the

financial year ending on 31st December, 2021, in excess of monies appropriated

for the services of the Republic by the Appropriation Act, 2020.

The Excess Expenditure Appropriation (2021) Bill, 2021

An Act to approve excess expenditure from the Consolidated Fund of monies aggregating nineteen billion, three hundred forty seven million, nine hundred eighty one thousand, eight hundred sixty seven kwacha. 

The Insurance Premium Levy (Amendment) Bill, 2021

The object of this Bill is to amend the Insurance PremiumLevy

Act, 2015 so as to revise the insurance premium levy.
