The Judges (Conditions of Service) Bill, 2022

The object of this Bill is to amend the Judges (Conditions of

Service). Act so as to provide for the determination of emoluments

of judges by the Emoluments commission.

The Emoluments Commission Bill, 2022

The objects of this Bill are to—

(a) provide for the membership, functions, operations and

financial management of the Emoluments Commission;

(b) provide for a harmonised framework to govern the

determination and management of emoluments for chiefs

and officers in a State organ and State institution;

(c) enhance the capacity of a State organ and State institution

to attract, retain and motivate officers and staff with

requisite qualifications, skills and experience in order

to improve service delivery; and

The Social Workers' Association of Zambia Bill, 2022

The objects of this Bill are to—

(a) continue the existence of the Social Workers’ Association of Zambia;

(b) provide for the registration of social workers and regulate their

professional conduct;

(c) provide for disciplinary procedures for social workers in the social

work profession; and

(d) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.

The Zambia Institute of Marketing Bill, 2022

The objects of this Bill are to—

(a) continue the existence of the Zambia Institute of

Marketing and redefine its powers and functions;

(b) promote and enhance the marketing profession;

(c) provide for the registration of marketers and regulate

their practice and professional conduct;

(d) repeal and replace the Zambia Institute of Marketing

Act, 2003; and

(e) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the

foregoing.

The Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management Bill, 2022

The objects of this Bill are to—

(a) continue the existence of the Zambia Institute of Human

Resources Management, rename it as the Zambia

Institute of Human Resource Management and redefine

its functions;

(b) promote and enhance the human resource management

profession;

(c) provide for the registration of human resource management

practitioners and regulate their practice and professional

conduct;

(d) repeal and replace the Zambia Institute of Human

Resources Management Act,1997; and

The Excess Expenditure Appropriation (2021) Act, 2021

An Act to approve excess expenditure from the Consolidated

Fund of monies aggregating nineteen billion, three

hundred forty seven million, nine hundred eighty one

thousand, eight hundred sixty seven kwacha.

The Supplementary Appropriation (2021) Act, 2021

An Act to authorise supplementary expenditure from the

Consolidated Fund of monies required for the services of

the Republic during the financial year ending 31st

December, 2021, not exceeding in the aggregate nineteen

billion, six hundred thirty two million, eight hundred sixtytwo

thousand, one hundred thirty-four kwacha.
