HWPL and community leaders team up to tackle conflict in Cape Town Cape Town, South Africa– While news of gang violence in the communities of  Manenberg and Bonteheuwel has taken over the front pages in the last few weeks, news that will stabilize the communities and restore peace was
brought on the 15th of April, 2016. It was that Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL, Chairman Man Hee Lee) held the first HWPL Peace Advocacy Committee Appointment Ceremony in South Africa.
