(c) establish the National Health Insurance Management Authority and provide for its functions and powers;

(e) establish the National Health Insurance Fund and provide for contributions to and payment from the Fund;

The object of this Bill is to amend the Employment Act so as to—
(a) provide for the payment of fees for various services; and
(b) matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.
The object of this Bill is to amend the Industrial and Labour Relations Act so as to provide for—
(a) the payment of fees for various services; and
(b) matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.
The objects of this Bill are to provide for—
(a) an institutional and regulatory framework for management of public funds;
(b) the strengthening of accountability, oversight, management and control of public funds in the public financial management framework;
(c) responsibilities and fiduciary duties of controlling officers and controlling bodies;
(d) enhancement of cash management systems to ensure efficient and effective utilisation of cash for the Government;
(f) the processes for efficient production of the Financial Report for the Republic;
