(a)    why the Government has not facilitated the commemoration of the 2017 World AIDS Day which falls on 1st December;

(b)    whether there are any plans to commemorate the Day in order to show commitment towards the fight against HIV/AIDS; and

(c)    if so, when the Day will be commemorated.
