The Object of this Bill is to amend the Property Transfer Act so as to -
(a) introduce property transfer tax on the transfer of intellectual property and on shares transferred outside of the Republic;
(b) provide for a waiver of penalties and interest; and
(c) to provide for matters connected with, or incidental , to the foregoing.
The Object of the Bill is to amend the Insurance Premium Levy Acto so as to exempt reinsurance from the payment of insurance premium levy.
