102. Mr Simbao (Senga Hill) - to ask the Minister of Higher Education:

 

(a) whether the Government is aware that lecturers with Masters Degrees at the University of Zambia are supervising PHD candidates;

 

(b) if so, what urgent measures are being taken to address this anomaly; and

 

(c) why there are few Professors lecturing at the University.
