The Excess Expenditure Appropriation (2010)

An Act to approve the excess expenditure of moneys aggregating two billion, seven hundred and seventy-one million, nine hundred and sixty-one thousand, nine hundred and eighty-four kwacha required for the services of the Republic during the financial year ended on 31st December, 2007

The Science and Technology

An act to establish the National Science and Technology Council,; to define its functions and provide for its composition; to provide for the establishment of centres and institutes and to define their functions;m to constitute management boards for the centres and insitutes established under the Act and to provide their composition; to provide for the establishment of existing research institutions as centres and institutes under this Act; and to provide for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.
