Speaker of the National Assembly of Zambia, Right Honourable Mr Justice Dr Patrick Matibini, SC., BA, FCIArb, MP has expressed sincere condolences and deepest sympathy to the family of the late Mr Maxas Joel Bweupe Ng’onga, Member of Parliament for Kaputa Constituency in Northern Province, on his untimely death.

The Late Mr Maxas Joel Bweupe Ng’onga passed away on Tuesday, 2nd March, 2021 in Lusaka.  He served as Chairperson of the Committee on Agriculture, Lands and Natural Resources until the time of his death.
