MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT FOR KAPUTA CONSTITUENCY, MR MAXAS JOEL BWEUPE NG’ONGA PASSES AWAY
Speaker of the National Assembly of Zambia, Right Honourable Mr Justice Dr Patrick Matibini, SC., BA, FCIArb, MP has expressed sincere condolences and deepest sympathy to the family of the late Mr Maxas Joel Bweupe Ng’onga, Member of Parliament for Kaputa Constituency in Northern Province, on his untimely death.
The Late Mr Maxas Joel Bweupe Ng’onga passed away on Tuesday, 2nd March, 2021 in Lusaka. He served as Chairperson of the Committee on Agriculture, Lands and Natural Resources until the time of his death.
Speaker Matibini described the Late Honourable Member as a mature and focused Parliamentarian whose debates and contributions in Parliament ensured that the voice of the people of Kaputa Constituency and the Nation at large was ably represented.
Mr Ng’onga also served as Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Livestock from 2015 to 2016.
May the soul of the late, Mr Maxas Joel Bweupe Ng’onga, MP rest in eternal peace.
