Money-lenders Act

An Act to make provision with respect to persons carrying on business as

money-lenders; and to provide for matters incidental thereto.

Co-operative Societies Act

An Act to provide for the registration, inspection, examination and supervision of

co-operative societies which belong to the people who use their services, the

control of which rests equally with all their members, and the gains from

which are distributed among the members in proportion to the use they make

of these services or their interest in their society; to repeal the Co-operative

Societies Ordinance; to provide that co-operative societies registered under

the Act repealed by this Act shall continue in existence and in operation as if
