Railways Act

An Act to provide for the vesting of the undertaking and assets of the Zambia

Railways Board in Zambia Railways Limited; the winding up and dissolution of

the Zambia Railways Board; the provision of rail services within, into and out

of Zambia; the repeal of the Zambia Railways Act; and matters connected with

or incidental to the foregoing.

Central African Civil Air Transport Act

An Act to provide for the functions, power and duties of the Higher Authority for

Civil Air Transport and the Central African Airways Corporation; to regulate

the procedure of the Corporation in relation to financial matters; to exempt the

Corporation and any subsidiary company from taxes on income and profits;

and to provide for matters incidental to or connected with the foregoing.

purposes connected with the matters aforesaid.

Carriage by Air Act

An Act to make provision with respect to carriage by air and to give effect to the

Warsaw Convention, The Hague Protocol; to repeal certain laws relating to

carriage by air; and for connected purposes.
