The Animal Health (Amendment) Bill, 2025

 The object of this Bill is to amend the Animal Health Act, 2010, so as to revise the manner of identifying and tracing an animal, animal product and animal by product.

The Non Governmental Organisations Bill 2025

The objects of this Bill are to—

(a) continue the existence of the office of the Registrar of Non-Governmental Organisations established as a department under the repealed Act and rename it as the Department of non-governmental organisations;

(b) provide for the functions of the Department of the nongovernmental organisations;

(c) provide for the registration, licensing and co-ordination of non-governmental organisations;

(d) continue the existence of the Zambia Congress of NonGovernmental Organisations and redefine its functions;

The Building Societies (Amendment) Bill,2025

The object of this Bill is to amend the Building Societies Act so
as to revise the date on which the financial year of a building
society shall end.

The National Road Fund (Amendment) Bill, 2025

 The object of this Bill is to amend the National Road Fund Act, 2002, so as to —

(a) provide for immunity of the Agency or property of the Agency from execution, attachment or other proceedings arising from a judgment or order of a court; and

(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental, to the foregoing

The Closed-Circuit Television Public Protection Bill, 2025

 The objects of this Bill are to—

(a) provide the functions of the National Public Security Command Centre;

(b) constitute the National Public Security Command Committee and provide for its functions;

(c) provide for the regulation of closed-circuit television and mobile closed-circuit television;

(d) provide an effective system for the use of closed-circuit television and mobile closed-circuit television;

(e) provide for the protection of data collected through closed circuit television and mobile closed-circuit television;

The Border Management and Trade Facilitation Bill, 2025

The objects of this Bill are to—

(a) provide for co-ordinated border management and control for the efficient movement and clearance of goods;

(b) give effect to the provisions of agreements relating to one stop border posts;

(c) provide for simplified trading arrangements with adjoining States relating to the movement and clearance of goods;

(d) establish control zones and provide for powers of officers in control zones;

(e) provide for the development, management and maintenance of border

infrastructure;
