The object of this Bill is to amend the Supreme Court of Zambia
Act so as to provide for-
(a) the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court to hear appeals from the Court of Appeal; and
(b) matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.
The objects of this Bill are to-
(a) provide for the membership, functions, operations and financial management of the Police-Public Complaints Commission;
(b) provide a procedure for the initiation and investigation of complaints against police actions; and
(e) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.
The object of this Bill is to amend the Local Government Act so as to facilitate the payment of salaries of principal officers and officers of Councils from the Local Government Equalisation Fund.
