The Police-Public Complaints Commission Bill, 2016
Parliamentary Period:
Fifth Session of the Eleventh Assembly
The objects of this Bill are to-
(a) provide for the membership, functions, operations and financial management of the Police-Public Complaints Commission;
(b) provide a procedure for the initiation and investigation of complaints against police actions; and
(e) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.
