412    Mr Lufuma (Kabompo West) - to ask the Minister of General Education:

The State Audit Commission Bill, 2016

The objects of this Bill are to-

(a) provide for the membership, functions, operations and financial management of the State Audit Commission; and

(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing. 

The Ministers (Prescribe Number and Responsibilities) Bill, 2016

The objects of this Bill are to-
(a) prescribe the number of Cabinet Ministers in accordance with Article 116 of the Constitution; and

(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing. 

The Electoral Commission of Zambia Bill, 2016

The objects of this Bill are to-

(a) provide for the membership, functions, operations and financial management of the Electoral Commission of Zambia;

(b) repeal and replace the Electoral Commission Act, 1996; and

(e) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing. 

The Judiciary Administration Bill, 2016

The objects of this Bill are to-

(a) revise the law relating to the administration of the Judiciary;

(b) make provision for the appointment of judicial officers and staff of the Judiciary;

(e) repeal and replace the Judicature Administration Act, 1994; and (d) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.
