An Act to provide for the coordination of public health security; continue the existence of the Zambia National Public Health Institute and provide for its functions; establish the Public Health Emergency Operations Centre; establish the National Public Health Laboratory; establish the National Public Health Emergency Fund; and provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.

An Act to provide for the promotion of technological discovery and innovation; establish the Zambia Academy of Sciences and provide for its functions; provide for the investigation of matters of public interest relating to science and technology;provide for the promotion of research and its utilisation in the development of science and technology; and provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.

An Act to authorise expenditure from the Consolidated Fund of monies required for the services of the Republic during the financial year ending 31st December 2021, not exceeding in the aggregate one hundred and nineteen billion, six hundred and sixteen million, eleven thousand, six hundred and fifteen kwacha.
