An Act to authorise expenditure from the general revenues

of the republic of moneys required for the services of the 

republic during the finacial year ending on the 31st december,

2012 not exceeding  the aggregate  twenty-seven trillion,six hundred

and ninety-eight billion, two hundred and eighty-one million,nine hundred

 and twenty-nine thousand , eight hundred and thirty-four kwacha.
