One-Stop Border Control Bill 2009

A BILL

An Act to provide for the conclusion of agreements by the Republic of Zambia with neigbouring States on the implementation of one-stop border processing arrangements; give effect to provisions of agreements on one-stop border posts; authorise the application of the laws of the laws of Zambia and the laws of the adjoining State in the one-stop border post; and provide for matters connected with incidental to the foregoing.

An Act to confirm the Supplementary Expenditure of moneys aggregating five hundred and forty eight billion, two hundred and fifteen million, six hundred and twenty one thousand, seven hundred and one kwacha required for the services of the Republic during the financial year ended 31st December, 2007.
