An Act to authorise expenditure from the general revenues of the Republic of moneys required for the services of
the Republic during the financial year ending on the 31st December, 2004, not exceeding in the aggregate eight
trillion, three hundred and twenty-eight billion, five hundred and ninety-four million, four hundred and thirtythree
thousand and sixty-five kwacha.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia.

Excess Expenditure Appropriation (1999)

An Act to approve the excess expenditure of the moneys aggregating fifty-five billion, sixty-six million, forty-seven
thousand, three hundred and eighty-three Kwacha required for the services of the Republic during the financial year
en ded 31 st December, 1999.

Ionising Radiation Protection

An Act to establish the Radiation Protection Authority and to define its functions and powers; to provide for the protection of the public, workers and the environment from hazards arising from the use of devices or materials capable of producing ionising radiation; to repeal and replace the Ionising Radiation Act, 1972; and to provide for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.
