An Act to make provision for restricting the increase of rents, determining the

standard rents, prohibiting the payment of premiums and restricting the right

to possession of dwelling-houses, and for other purposes incidental to and

connected with the relationship of landlord and tenant of a dwelling-house.

An Act to repeal the Actions for Smoke Damage (Prohibition) Act.

An Act to provide for the protection of the environment and the control of pollution;

to establish the Environmental Council and to prescribe the functions and

powers of the Council; and to provide for matters connected with or incidental

to the foregoing.
