Speaker of the National Assembly of Zambia, Rt. Hon. Mr Justice Dr Patrick Matibini, SC., BA, FCIArb, MP has launched the first edition of the Members of the Northern Rhodesia Legislative Council, and the National Assembly of Zambia, 1924 – 2021 Handbook.  The handbook was launched on Tuesday, 12th April, 2021 at Parliament Buildings.
