Speaker of the National Assembly of Zambia, Rt. Hon Mr Justice Dr Patrick Matibini, SC, BA, FCIArb, MP has urged Members of Parliament to interrogate the Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) policy from an oversight perspective and appreciate its contents in relation to the process of its development and the culmination into its implementation.
