The object of this Bill is to amend the Human Rights Commission
Act, 2024, so as to —
(a) revise the composition of the Human Rights Commission;
and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The object of this Bill is to amend the Energy Regulation Act so as to—
(a) Revise the composition of the Board of the Energy
Regulation Board and
(b) Provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The object of this Bill is to amend the Competition and Consumer
Protection Act, so as to—
(a) revise the composition of the Board of the Competition
and Consumer Protection Commission; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The object of this Bill is to amend the Coffee Act, so as to—
(a) revise the composition of the Coffee Board of Zambia;
and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The object of this Bill is to amend the National Housing Authority
Act, so as to—
(a) revise the composition of the National Housing Authority;
and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The object of this Bill is to amend the Minerals Regulation
Commission Act, 2024, so as to—
(a) revise the composition of the Board of the Minerals and
Regulation Commission; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The object of this Bill is to amend the National Road Fund Act, so
as to —
(a) revise the composition of the National Road Fund Agency;
and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The object of this Bill is to amend the Citizens Economic
Empowerment Act, so as to —
(a) revise the composition of the Citizens Economic
Empowerment Commission; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The object of this Bill is to amend the National HIV/AIDS/STI/
TB Council Act, so as to—
(a) revise the composition of the National HIV/AIDS/STI/
TB Council; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.
