The object of this Bill is to amend the Zambia Institute for Tourism and Hospitality Studies Act, so as to—
(a) revise the composition of the Council of the Zambia
Institute for Tourism and Hospitality Studies; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The object of this Bill is to amend the Zambia Educational Publishing
House Foundation Act, so as to—
(a) revise the composition of the executive committee of the
Zambia Educational Publishing House Foundation; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The object of this Bill is to amend the Zambia Development Agency
Act, 2022, so as to—
(a) revise the composition of the Board of the Zambia
Development Agency; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The object of this Bill is to amend the Occupational Health and
Safety Act, 2025, so as to—
(a) revise the composition of the Board of the Occupational
Health and Safety Institute; and
(b) Provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The object of this Bill is to amend the National Institute of Public
Administration Act, so as to—
(a) revise the composition of the Council of the National
Institute of Public Administration; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The object of this Bill is to amend the Standards Act, so as
to—
(a) revise the composition of the Board of the Zambia Bureau
of Standards; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The object of this Bill is to amend the Medicines and Allied Substances Act, so as to—
(a) revise the composition of the Board of the Zambia
Medicines Regulatory Authority; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

The object of this Bill is to amend the Zambia National Public
Health Institute Act, so as to
(a) revise the composition of the Board of the Zambia
National Public Health Institute; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.

This Act may be cited as the National Prosecution Authority (Amendment) Act, 2026, and shall be read as one with the National Prosecution Authority Act, in this Act referred to as the principal Act.

This Act may be cited as the National Health Research (Amendment) Act, 2026, and shall be read as one with the National Health Research Act, in this Act referred to as the principal Act.
