94. Ms Katuta (Chienge) - to ask the Minister of Education:
 
(a) when the community schools in the following Wards in Chienge Parliamentary Constituency will be upgraded to Government schools:
 
(i) Chipungu;
 
(ii) Lunchinda; 
 
(iii) Chibamba; and
 
(iv) Kalobwa; and
 
(b) what the cause of the delay in upgrading the schools is.
