NPC determined to strengthen relations with NAZ
The Chairperson of the National People’s Congress (NPC) sent his congratulations to the Speaker of the National Assembly of Zambia (NAZ) through His Excellency Mr Li Jie, Chinese Ambassador to Zambia who passed on the message when he paid a courtesy call on the Rt. Honourable Ms Nelly B K Mutti, MP, Speaker of the National Assembly of Zambia on Tuesday, 5th October, 2021, at Parliament Buildings.
Ambassador Jie further explained how China through the NPC was determined to strengthen the already existing relations with the NAZ and that China appreciates the support from Zambia.
Speaker Mutti, thanked Ambassador Jie for facilitating the establishment of the Zambia China Parliamentary Association and always availing his Embassy to the Honourable Members.
Furthermore, Ambassador Jie said a bridge had been set between the NAZ and the NPC to pursue better ways of coordination and that his Embassy would always facilitate good intentions and thanked Zambia for always standing with the People’s Republic of China.
