62.  Mr Chaatila (Moomba)    -   to ask the Minister of Health:

 

(a) whether the Government has any plans to upgrade the Njola - Mwanza Clinic, in Moomba Parliamentary Constituency, to a mini-hospital;

 

(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented;

 

(c) whether the Government has any plans to procure an ambulance for the Clinic;

 

(d) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and

 

(e) if there are no such plans, why.
