The First Deputy Speaker, Ms Catherine Namugala was interviewed by Miss Abigail Ngalase

The First Deputy Speaker, Ms Catherine Namugala was interviewed by Miss Abigail Ngalase, six year old in Grade three at Divine Heritage School on Palm Drive in Chelstone, Lusaka.This was to commemorate International Children's Day of Broadcasting (ICDB) which falls on Sunday 4th March 2018. Veteran Broadcaster Ms Ireen Kabeke Banda of Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation (ZNBC) Radio Two (2) accompanied the "young journalist!" After the interview the First Deputy Speaker asked Abigail if she would like to be a Member of Parliament and why! Abigail said yes she would like to be a Member of Parliament, because she would like to make Laws.It was impressive to hear Abigail reading difficult words like Parliamentarian, composition of Parliament and mandate of Parliament and that she knows that Parliament makes laws at grade three!
