QUESTIONS FOR ORAL ANSWER

11    Mr Mutale (Chitambo) - to ask the Minister of General Education when the following secondary schools in  Chitambo District will be gazetted:

(a)    Mukando;

(b)    Mabonde;

(c)    Mpelembe; and

(d)    Misumba.

12    Mr Hamusonde (Nangoma) - to ask the Minister of Local Government when rehabilitation of the Myooye-Muchabi road will commence.

13    Mr Kamondo (Mufumbwe) - to ask the Minister of General Education:

(a)    whether the Government has any plans to construct a secondary school in Miluji Ward in Mufumbwe Parliamentary Constituency;

(b)    if so, when the plans will be implemented; and

(c)    if there are no such plans, why.

14    Mr Mecha (Chifunabuli) - to ask the Minister of Community Development and Social Welfare:

(a)    whether the Government has any plans to re-open the community development centre in Shikamushile area in Chinkutila Ward in Chifunabuli Parliamentary Constituency;

(b)    if so, when the plans will be implemented; and

(c)    if there are no such plans, why.

15    Mr Mbulakulima (Milenge) - to ask the Minister of Transport and Communication:

(a)    when the Government will put road signs on the Kapiri Mposhi-Ndola road; and

(b)    what has caused the delay in putting the road signs.

16    Mr Ng’onga (Kaputa) - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development:

(a)    when the contract for tarring the Kashikishi-Chiengi-Kaputa road was signed;

(b)    what the name of the contractor for the project is;

(c)    what the time-frame for undertaking the project is; and

(d)    what has caused the delay in commencing the project.

17    Ms O Phiri (Nyimba) - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development:

(a)    whether the Government is aware that the following bridges in Nyimba Parliamentary Constituency were washed away:

(i)    Musima Bridge on Musima Road;
(ii)    Nyimba Bridge on Kapakasa Road; and
(iii)    Mwape Bridge on the Mwape-Nyimba road;

(b)    if so, when rehabilitation works on each bridge will commence; and

(c)    what the time-frame for the completion of the works on each bridge is.

18    Mr Lufuma (Kabompo) - to ask the Minister of Information and Broadcasting:
        
(a)    when the Access to Information Bill will be presented to Parliament; and

(b)    what has caused the delay in presenting the Bill.

19    Mr Bulaya (Mpongwe) - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development:

(a)    why the construction of the following health posts in Mpongwe Parliamentary Constituency has stalled:

(i)    Chipese;
(ii)    Bwembelelo;
(iii)    Munkumpu; and
(iv)    Chimbofuma; and

(b)    when the construction works will resume.

20    Mr Mutale (Chitambo) - to ask the Minister of Agriculture when a motor vehicle will be provided to the Department of Agriculture in Chitambo District to ease transport challenges.
