392. Mr Twasa (Kasenengwa) - to ask the Minister of Transport and Logistics:
(a) whether the Government is aware of the concerns by passengers over the deteriorating quality and safety of the Zambia Airways flights;
(b) if so, what urgent measures are being taken to prevent a potential aviation disaster;
(c) how frequent the Airline’s aircrafts are serviced;
(d) and whether current maintenance practices of the aircrafts meet international safety standards;
(e) whether the Government has any plans to acquire additional aircrafts to improve operational capacity and safety; and
(f) if there are no such plans, why.

393. Mr Munsanje (Mbabala) - to ask the Minister of Community Development and Social Services:
(a) whether the Government has any plans to ratify and domesticate the African Disability Protocol; and
(a) if so, when the plans will be implemented.
394 Mr Tayengwa (Kabwata) - to ask the Minister of Community Development and Social Services:
(a) why the Government has not issued a Statutory Instrument to operationalise the provision of services to persons with disabilities, as required by the Persons with Disabilities Act No.6 of 2012;
(b) whether the Government has any plans to amend the Act; and
(c) if so, when the plans will be implemented.

Adopt Report of the Committee on Parastatal Bodies: That this House adopts the Report of the Committee on Parastatal Bodies on the Report of the Auditor-General on the Accounts of Parastatal Bodies and Other Statutory Institutions for the Financial Year Ended 31st December, 2023, for the Fourth Session of the Thirteenth National Assembly, laid on the Table of the House on Wednesday, 23rd July, 2025.
