(a) whether the Government has any Plans to upgrade the following community schools in Milanzi Parliamentary Constituency, to Government schools:
 
(i) Mnthila Nsembe; and
(ii) Mlemeka; 
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
 
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
