(i) The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation – On the effect of the withdrawal of aid by the USA Government on the aid supported projects in the country; and

 

(ii) The Minister of Water Development and Sanitation – On the contamination of the Kafue River in Kitwe and Kalulushi Districts. 

 

 

213. Mr Mutale (Chitambo) - to ask the Minister of Youth, Sport and Arts:

 

(a) what caused the damage to the roof on the northern wing of the National Heroes Stadium in Lusaka District; and 

 

(b) what urgent measures are being taken to avert further damage to the property due to rains.

 

 

214. Mr Kolala (Lufubu) - to ask the Minister of Finance and National Planning what measures the Government is taking to reduce the cost of borrowing from commercial banks.

 

215. Mr Kang’ombe (Kamfinsa) - to ask the Minister of Local Government and Rural Development:

 

(a) whether the Government has finalised the formulation of the Ten (10) Year Road Sector Master Plan; and

 

(b) if so, whether the following roads in Kamfinsa Parliamentary 

     Constituency are part of the Plan:

 

(i) Kamfinsa Correctional Facility - Ndola /Mufulira road Junction;

 

(ii) Ndeke Village – Ndeke Presidential;

 

(iii) Zamtan Cemetery;

 

(iv) Mukuba Natwange - Old Natwange;

 

(v) Katokamema - Kakolo Farm Block; and

 

(vi) township roads in Old and New Ndeke.
