(a) what led to the killing of a 15 year old boy of Kankoyo Mine Townshipin Mufulira District on Monday, 20th November, 2023, by Zambia National Service (ZNS) officers;

 

(b) what urgent measures are being taken to safeguard the lives of the citizens in general; and

 

(c) what punitive measures will be taken against the erring ZNS officers.
